MBCARE solutions believes a domiciliary care to be delivery of a range of personal care and support services to clients in their own home. The care delivered can range from a 1- hour service to 24 hour live- in care.
This care may be funded by the local authorities or privately funded by the client receiving the service. In the event that the package is Social Services funded, MBCARE may receive the payments from the local authority funding the client, or the client may receive direct payments enabling them to fund the care themselves.
MBCARE ensures that the package of care is right for the client by way of a drawn up person centred care plan with the client and in support of any health and social care professionals; clearly stating what support the client requires and how and when it will be delivered. This plan is reviewed after a week, and then less frequently to ensure it meets the client’s needs.
